人员要求:
1、 法人:中国国籍,无犯罪记录,校长可兼任法人,
2、 校长:中国国籍,大专以上学历,70周岁以上,无犯罪记录,5年以上的教育管理经验,(身份证复印件、劳动合同(新机构签署)、无犯罪记录、学历证明、校长信息表,本地所在单位盖章、人事单位盖章,外地的还需要当地教育局盖章)
3、 教学管理人员至少3名:大专以上学历,3年从业经验(身份证复印件、学历证明、三年以上工作经历证明、劳动合同)
4、 财务人员:有会计从业资格,会计和出纳不得兼任,(身份证复印件、学历证明、三年以上工作经历证明、劳动合同)
5、 教师:专职教师不少于3人,有教师资格证,语文,数学等与升学老师有关的学科培训,需配备相应的教师资格证,专职教师不少于教师总数的1/4
资金要求:注册资金要求100万以上,要求实缴(一般实缴资金不少于60万,教育局指定银行),保证金不得低于注册资金的10%。
场地要求:
1、 建筑面积不少于200平,教学面积不少于150平,教学面积不少于建筑面积的2/3,且同一培训时段内生均教学用房建筑面积不少于3平方米。
2、 大消防由物业提供,小消防必须以新核准的公司名称向消防部门申请验收,并出具合格证明材料。14周岁以上,不得超过3楼且独立消防通道。
