㈠ 中石化加油站新员工三级安全教育时间为（）课时

中石化加油站新员工三级安全教育时间不得少于24学时。

国家安监局没有明确规定岗前各级的安全培训时间，而是规定了岗前各级安全教育的总培训时间。即除了煤矿、非煤矿山、危险化学品、烟花爆竹等高危行业外的岗前各级安全教育总培训时间不得少于72学时外，其它行业均为不得少于24学时。

厂级安全教育一般由企业安技部门负责进行，时间为4～16小时。车间安全教育由车间主任或安技人员负责，授课时间一般需要4～8课时。

三级安全教育是指新入职员工的公司级安全教育、部门级安全教育、班、组级安全教育。

安全生产：是指在劳动生产过程中，通过努力改善劳动条件，克服不安全因素，防止事故的发生，使企业生产在保证劳动者安全健康和国家财产及人民生命财产安全的前提下顺利进行。

包括两个方面的安全：人身安全（包括劳动者本人及相关人员）；设备安全、安全生产工作：为搞好安全生产而开展的一系列活动。

安全技术：为了预防或消除事故根源，对生产过程中可能存在着有害于工人人身安全健康或有损于机器设备的燃烧、爆炸、触电、绞辗、高空坠落、尘毒污染等危险因素，从设计、工艺、生产组织、操作等方面所采取的各种技术措施。

中石化安全生产十大禁令
一、严禁在禁烟区域内吸烟、在岗饮酒，违者予以开除并解除劳动合同。

二、严禁高处作业不系安全带，违者予以开除并解除劳动合同。
